About Spendy
Spendy is a shared household budget tracker for iPhone, built and maintained by one independent developer, Eray Belli.
What it is
One budget that several people write to. A household holds the budget; everyone in it adds what they spend and everyone sees the same totals, split by category and by person. Roles decide who can change what: Owner and Editor can add and edit, a Viewer can only look.
Entry is manual. Spendy connects to no bank, uses no aggregator, and stores no banking credentials, which is why there is no sync to break.
What it is not
It does not link bank accounts or import transactions automatically. It does not do biweekly or paycheck-cycle budgeting. It is iPhone only: an Android build exists but is not published, so anyone telling you Spendy is on Android is wrong.
Who makes it
An independent developer, not a company with a support department. That is worth knowing in both directions: decisions are quick and the roadmap is short, but there is one person answering email.

How it makes money
The free tier is real: unlimited transactions, budgets and categories, and a household of up to 3 people. Premium adds ad-free use, PDF export and longer projections; Premium+ raises the household to 10 people and lifts the caps on recurring items, investments and debts. The full list of limits is on the home page, with the numbers written out.
Free to use. Share with up to 3 people at no cost.
