Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Spendy mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Politika, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

Spendy bir hane bütçesi uygulamasıdır; gelir, gider, bütçe ve varlık bilgilerinizi kaydetmenize ve hane üyelerinizle paylaşmanıza olanak tanır.

1Veri Sorumlusu ve İletişim

Uygulamayı geliştiren ve verilerinizin işlenme amaç ve vasıtalarını belirleyen veri sorumlusu, Uygulama geliştiricisidir. Gizlilikle ilgili her türlü talep, soru ve veri sahibi başvurusu için:

2Hangi Verileri İşliyoruz

a) Hesap ve kimlik verileri

• Google ile giriş yaptığınızda Google hesabınızdan alınan e-posta adresi, ad-soyad ve profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı.

b) Finansal ve hane verileri

• Girdiğiniz işlemler (tutar, kategori, tarih, not), bütçeler, tekrarlayan ödemeler, net değer kalemleri (nakit, yatırım, tasarruf, borç).
• Oluşturduğunuz veya katıldığınız hane ve hane üyeliği bilgileri (rol: sahip / editör / görüntüleyici).

Not: Uygulama banka hesabınıza veya kartınıza bağlanmaz; finansal verileri yalnızca sizin elle girdiğiniz kadarıyla işler.

c) Cihaz, kullanım ve tanılama verileri

• Uygulama kullanım olayları ve ekran görüntülenmeleri (Firebase Analytics) — yalnızca Uygulama içinde bu toplamaya onay verdiyseniz.
• Ürün kullanım adımları — kendi sunucumuza. Hangi ekranı açtığınız, bir formu açıp kaydedip kaydetmediğiniz gibi adımlar, hesabınıza bağlı olarak yalnızca kendi sunucumuzda saklanır. Amacı tek: kullanıcıların uygulamada nerede takıldığını görüp o adımı düzeltmek. Bu kayıtlar üçüncü bir tarafa aktarılmaz, başka bir şirketin verisiyle birleştirilmez, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve 90 gün sonra silinir; hesabınızı silerseniz onlarla birlikte silinir. Tutar, not, ad, e-posta gibi hiçbir içerik bu kayıtlara girmez — yalnızca adımın adı ve teknik bir sonuç bilgisi (ör. bir zorunlu alanın boş kaldığı).
• Çökme ve hata kayıtları (Firebase Crashlytics) — cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, hata yığını gibi teknik bilgiler.
• Reklam gösterimi ve ölçümü için cihaz reklam tanımlayıcısı (Google AdMob).

d) Satın alma verileri

• Premium abonelik durumu ve işlem kimlikleri (RevenueCat ile App Store / Google Play üzerinden). Kart/ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz; ödeme yalnızca Apple ve Google tarafından işlenir.

3İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebepler

Rızaya dayalı işlemler için rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz (cihaz ayarları veya Uygulama içi izin ekranları üzerinden).

4Verileri Kimlerle Paylaşıyoruz

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Uygulamanın çalışması için aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla (veri işleyenler) sınırlı ölçüde paylaşırız:

5Yurt Dışına Aktarım

Verileriniz öncelikli olarak Avrupa Birliği (Frankfurt) içinde saklanır. Bazı hizmet sağlayıcılar (Google, RevenueCat, Apple) verileri ABD'de işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar, Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri gibi uygun güvencelerle ve KVKK'nın öngördüğü şartlarla yapılır.

6Saklama Süresi

Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde veya tek hane üyesi olarak haneyi sildiğinizde, ilgili işlem ve hane verileri makul bir süre içinde silinir. Yasal yükümlülükler gerektirdiğinde sınırlı kayıtlar mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca tutulabilir.

7Güvenlik

• Tüm ağ trafiği HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir.
• Oturum ve kimlik doğrulama anahtarları cihazınızda iOS Keychain / Android Keystore içinde güvenli olarak saklanır.
• Sunucu tarafında yetkilendirme, hane üyeliği ve rol kontrolleriyle erişim sınırlandırılır.

8Haklarınız

KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini talep etme, işlemeye itiraz etme, taşınabilirlik ve rızayı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi yukarıdaki e-posta adresine iletebilirsiniz; başvurunuzu mevzuatın öngördüğü süre içinde yanıtlarız.

Ayrıca KVK Kurumu'na (Türkiye) veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki yetkili veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

9Reklam ve Takip Şeffaflığı

Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilebilir. iOS'ta, cihazlar arası takip için Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency izni sorulur; reddederseniz yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir. Premium abonelikte reklam gösterilmez.

10Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 18 yaş altı kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bu kişilerden bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

11Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içinde veya bu sayfada bilgilendirme yaparız; güncel sürümün yürürlük tarihi yukarıda belirtilir.

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Spendy mobile application (the “App”). It is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Spendy is a household budgeting app that lets you record your income, expenses, budgets and assets and share them with your household members.

1Data Controller & Contact

The data controller — who determines the purposes and means of processing — is the App's developer. For any privacy request, question or data-subject inquiry:

2Data We Process

a) Account & identity

• When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile photo link from your Google account.

b) Financial & household data

• Transactions you enter (amount, category, date, note), budgets, recurring payments, and net-worth items (cash, investments, savings, liabilities).
• Households you create or join and your membership (role: owner / editor / viewer).

Note: the App does not connect to your bank account or card; it only processes the financial data you manually enter.

c) Device, usage & diagnostics

• Usage events and screen views (Firebase Analytics) — only if you accepted that collection inside the App.
• Product usage steps — to our own server. Steps such as which screen you opened, or whether you opened a form and saved it, are stored on our own server only, linked to your account. Their single purpose is to see where people get stuck in the App and fix that step. These records are never shared with a third party, never combined with another company's data, never used for advertising, and are deleted after 90 days — or with your account if you delete it. No content ever enters them: no amounts, notes, names or email addresses, only the step's name and a technical outcome (e.g. that a required field was left empty).
• Crash and error logs (Firebase Crashlytics) — technical data such as device model, OS version, and stack traces.
• Device advertising identifier for ad delivery and measurement (Google AdMob).

d) Purchase data

• Premium subscription status and transaction IDs (via RevenueCat through the App Store / Google Play). Your card/payment details never reach us; payment is processed solely by Apple and Google.

3Purposes & Legal Bases

For consent-based processing you may withdraw consent at any time via your device settings or the App's in-app permission screens.

4Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data. We share it, to a limited extent, with the following service providers (data processors) needed to run the App:

5International Transfers

Your data is primarily stored within the European Union (Frankfurt). Some providers (Google, RevenueCat, Apple) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the conditions required by KVKK.

6Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account — or delete the household as its sole member — the related transaction and household data is deleted within a reasonable period. Limited records may be retained where required by law.

7Security

• All network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• Session and authentication keys are stored securely on your device in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore.
• Server-side access is restricted through authorization, household-membership and role checks.

8Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. You may send requests to the email above; we respond within the period required by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVK Kurumu) or the competent data-protection authority in your country.

9Advertising & Tracking Transparency

The free version may show ads via Google AdMob. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks for permission to track across apps; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. Premium subscribers see no ads.

10Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

11Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the App or on this page; the effective date of the current version is shown above.
